I don't really see how Rice Crispies are supposed to sound like people talking. Those kids in the commercials really seemed convinced that this is what their cereal sounded like, which is disturbing. This is because the only circumstance under which people sound like Rice Crispies is when they're drowning in acid. I think the police should get on analyzing those old commercials to find these children whose only social interactions were with people they were habitually drowning in acid (and I suppose also the ad agency, although they might have been drowned in acid too after the commercials were done).
